 尊敬的各参展商、观众及有关单位：
　　寒来暑往，秋收冬藏。中国国际工业博览会（简称“中国工博会”）已陪伴各参展商、观众及各方走过二十二载岁月。22年来，中国工博会紧贴我国制造业数字化转型的发展路线，展示了制造业带来全方位的深刻变革，推动了传统制造业价值提升及格局转变。
　　目前，举办地上海多地仍处于中风险地区，为切实保障每一位参展、观展及受邀嘉宾的健康和安全，在充分听取各方意见和谨慎考虑后，经中国工博会组委会办公室研究决定：将原定于2021年9月14日-18日在国家会展中心（上海）举办的第23届中国工博会延期至2021年12月1日-5日举办，举办地点不变。
　　因展会延期带来的诸多不便，我们深表歉意！感谢各参展商、观众朋友及有关单位的理解和支持！我们将竭诚做好后续工作，为参展商提供更优质的服务、为观众提供更好的观展体验。我们坚信这场新老朋友翘首以盼的制造业盛会定不负众望，与您相见！

To all exhibitors and attendees:
　　China International Industry Fair (or CIIF) has companied exhibitors, attendees and all participants for over two decades. Since the launch of the fair in 1999, CIIF has closely followed the development of digital transformation of China’s manufacturing industry, demonstrated the comprehensive and profound changes brought about by the manufacturing industry and promoted the value upgrade and pattern transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry.
　　Till now some areas of Shanghai have been listed as the medium-risk regions in epidemic prevention and control. After fully listening to the opinions of the participants and careful consideration, the organizing committee office decided to postpone the fair to ensure the health and safety of every exhibitors, attendees and guests. The 23rd China International Industry Fair (CIIF 2021) will now take place on 1-5 December 2021 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) rescheduled from 14-18 September 2021.
　　We sincerely appreciate the understanding and support of all exhibitors, attendees and participants. We will do our best to the follow-up work providing exhibitors with better service and attendees with a better experience. We firmly believe that the long-awaited manufacturing event of all participants will live up to the expectation. See you in December!
